Provide a DB2 z/OS DDL without implicite created Objects

During installation of DBB Version 2.0.0 we found that the provieded DB2 z/OS DDL did not work for us.
We are not allowed to us DDL which implicite creates Objects.
So we need a DDL which has create Tablespace and create uniqe Index statments.
The reserved keyword "Collection" used as the Table Name must be surrounded by ".

    DBB v2.0.1 now ships with an updated DB2 z/OS DDL with explicit create tablespace and create unique index statements. The COLLECTION table has been renamed to DBBCOLLECTION.
