Extend COPY-to-PDS API to link to buildFile

Today, the Transfer.groovy script of zAppBuild allows us to push non-buildable files through the pipeline. 

All MVSExec execute records are showing a relative file path of the repository based on the build file reference.

It would be  consistent, if we could set the build file also for the Copy-To-PDS command via the build scripts like

CopyToPDS.buildFile(buildFile).file(...).datset(...).member(...). 

Even when specifying a relative path for file(..), the absolute path will be documented in the build report entry.

    To document how to resolve it: The CopyToPDS API already contains a method key(), which should be used to specify the buildFile. Please improve the JavaDoc of the API to reflect the purpose of this method.
