support COBOL/Java interoperability

With Cobol 6.4 COBOL/Java interoperability was improved but we can not build such a Programm using DBB out of the box.

We need the following.

1) Dependency Scanner should detect the following

     JAVA-CALLABLE directive
     JAVA-SHAREABLE directive
     Enhanced CALL statement for Java
    JAVAIOP Option

2) Provide an example in https://github.com/IBM/dbb-zappbuild with

      a) showing how to call the USS command between the compile and link steps to generate the additional Cobol/Java source.
      b) mark the generated Sources as generated Buildoutput (an aditional Step can then by example put this in an git repository so yo have the source for research)
      c) compile the generated Cobol/Java source
      d) generate the additional Link Statements

These expansions would also be of great importance to us.
