Increase size of DB2 column LF_LNAME in table LOGICAL_FILE to accomodate larger input file names.

Currently the column LOGICAL_FILE.LF_LNAME is set to CHAR(32) in the DBB DB2 metadata store.  In some situations this causes DB2 error (SQLCODE=-302, SQLSTATE=22001) when trying to use files with names longer than 32 characters.  The only solution to this problem is to rename these input files to contain 32 characters or less.  This becomes problematic for many legacy applications that have been built with longer more meaningful file name.  Please update the column length to accommodate longer file names.

    This is a request from Sun Life:

    We still think that a change to accommodate a longer file name makes sense, and hope that your team will pursue it so that we don't have to continuously do this for every application that we're moving to use DBB over the next year or two. Can we get an RFE created for this?
