Add Scalability for DBB Cloning large Repositories.

The Clone Step executed during a DBB build seems to not scale properly with large Repositories. The seems to scale parabolically the larger the Repository.

This is especially noticeable with a Repo that contains over 87,000 elements versus one that contains 1,000.
