Add ability to update JCL created by UnitTest task

The generated JCL from the task creates a temporary file that doesn't use the ${HLQ} variable that all the other datasets use. Instead, it uses &SYSUID as the HLQ for the dataset.

Given that multiple builds could be running concurrently with the system, it would make more sense for the file to use ${HLQ} variable instead to allow us to isolate one build from another.

Please update the the UnitTest task be to utilize ${HLQ} for that temporary file.

In addition, it would be even better if the task was updated to allow for a user to provide an override of the JCL via a template so that we can customize the JCL for our needs.
