In zBuilder, allow language task steps to opt-in to execution even when a prior step exceeds maxRC

In the current DBB zBuilder framework, when any step in a language task returns a return code (RC) greater than the configured maxRC, the remaining steps in that language task are not executed. This default behavior is desirable in most cases, but there are scenarios where a step should still be allowed to run even after a failure, as long as its own conditions evaluate to true.

I would like to request an enhancement to zBuilder to support this pattern: an option/flag on individual steps that allows them to execute even if a previous step in the same language task has exceeded maxRC. (for example runOnFailure: true or similar)

Example Use Case:
For COBOL compilation, if the compile step fails (RC > maxRC), I want to run a follow-on step that parses the compiler listing or logs and writes a summarized set of error messages to STDOUT (We can parse these after the build, but ideally the messages would appear at the point in the log where the error occurred).
With the current behavior, this post-processing/log-parsing step is skipped once the compile step exceeds maxRC.

This enhancement would eventually allow for problem resolution via AI.  This is a great idea.
