Support one time tokens for zBuilder Publish task

The new zBuilder Publish task requires the password to be obfuscated using the DBB password utility. This utility does not support background mode. That means you have to answer a prompt. Since our Nexus token is generated for each pipeline run we can't use this new feature.

We had this requirement already for wazideploy-package and that team now supports environment variables for the corresponding CLI arguments:

DEPLOY_ARTIFACT_REPOSITORY_TYPE="nexus"
DEPLOY_ARTIFACT_REPOSITORY_URL="http://example.com"
DEPLOY_ARTIFACT_REPOSITORY_USER="admin"
DEPLOY_ARTIFACT_REPOSITORY_PASSWORD="password"
DEPLOY_ARTIFACT_REPOSITORY_VERIFY="False"

You need to support one time tokens. Either by implementing support for environment variables or provide a utility that can obfuscate a password without human interaction. We would prefer environment variables.
