DBB Toolkit API - Make execution of PROCS possible via MVSExec

At our company we make regular use of procedures in our JCL's and before we call these procedures we also make use of include members to set all kinds of variables used in these procedures.

Example of a part of a jcl where we use a proc, called APBATCH to execute a program:

//         INCLUDE MEMBER=SI$TBIB   
//S0005    EXEC APBATCH,PROG=Y4DT1  

When we call programs in our groovy scripts for our CI/CD pipeline which uses the zAppbuild framework, we often use the MVSExec command from the DBB Toolkit API to execute programs.

However via MVSExec it is currently not possible to execute PROCS.

We would therefore like to propose an enhancement for MVSExec to also make the execution of PROCS possible and to have the possibility to specify several include members.
