Deleting DTCN profiles in GUI should delete profiles on the host

deleting a profile in the GUI will NOT
delete the profile on the host - so when you deleted a lets say active profile in the GUI - the profile is still on the host and it is enabled!!

The first part I like - the second part I do not -
Given that our framework allows the user to create a debug configuration in the GUI w/o an active CICS connection (or even if CICS Debug profile server is not running), we will allow the user to delete the local debug configuration even if the CICS Connection/Debug profile server are not active.
Here my recommendation - if the user deletes an active profile with out a CICS connection - a message window should pop up informing the developer that only the local profile will be deleted and not the host profile . ... Please connect to debug profile server first to delete host profile too . OK / Cancel

Does this makes sense - than the developer can decide what he would like to do.

Before we started implementation on this RFE wanted to check if the proposed solution satisfaies your request.
If an active local debug configuration in the GUI is deleted and if the host has an active profile for the transaction and/or program(s), we will attempt to delete the remote profile. In the case we do find a match for the local and remote profile (transaction and/or programs), user will be asked if they would wish to delete the remote profile and if they decide to delete, the user will get a confirmation once remote profile is deleted. Given that our framework allows the user to create a debug configuration in the GUI w/o an active CICS connection (or even if CICS Debug profile server is not running), we will allow the user to delete the local debug configuration even if the CICS Connection/Debug profile server are not active.

This RFE is consistent with our roadmap and is being considered for delivery in the next 2 year time frame. Thanks.
