real in Storage Repository as replacement for EQAUOPT files

As of today, the performance using the EQAUOPT file as profile for starting up Debug Tool may be very CPU consuming in specific cases.
1:Delayed Debugging, if activated and the pattern match code does not match immediately but somewhere down the chain of a bis amount of Programs, or maybe never matches.
2: Using the TIM repository (using the EQAYSESM -r parameter), even more CPU is used.
The reason is because of the OPEN/READ/CLOSE which occurs every time a new program or subprogram is detected, hence pattern match is driven.
If using the TIM repository mode then several EQAUOPT files needs to be OPEN/READ/CLOSED because of the best pattern match hit which goes thru a subset of EQAUOPT files
