Profiles are not refreshed in the z/OS Debugger Profiles, when synchronization occurs, the values of the profile are not reset - but remain as configured, which resolves some of the identified behaviour in the RFE.

I assume this means setting the default for the test level for all users as you can set it in the preferences file with 'set test error'. My users would like for me to set the default test level in DTCN to 'ERROR'. I will vote for this.
