Enhancing Debug Tool's dynamic message region facility

"Debug Tool's dynamic message region facility needs to be enhanced to provide a more robust environment. The following would be good things to add:
1) Only debug a transaction instance for a specific user in the dynamic environment; other users will continue to use the original environment. This would more effectively isolate the debug user from other users.

2) Support conversational transactions (i.e., those that use the scratch pad area)

3) Allow the message region to be started and stopped separately, and likewise the re-assignment of the transaction class should be able to be done in a separate step.

4) Allow more robust pattern-matching, including pattern-matching based on the content of the transaction message."
