Improvements to BTS debugging with LE Debug Tool User Exits - Debugging specific programs

I was setting up BTS IMS debugging for State of Tennessee.

The Debug Tool Setup Utilities provides option 9, IMS BTS debugging, to enable debugging IMS Message processing programs in a BTS environment. However, the current configuration will debug ALL programs that are used by BTS. Many users want to use BTS to set up data for specific test scenarios, then debug one or more programs. The current implementation will debug ALL programs used by BTS.
The BTS input provides for three options shown below.
Invocation method:
C - CEEOPTS DD statement (Requires z/OS 1.7 or higher)
E - user exit (exit module EQADICXT in LE CEEBINIT module)
A - user exit (exit module EQADICXT in application module)
Option C will not allow debugging of specific programs.
Option E and A can allow specific programs, using option 6 of DTSU. However, the current implementation of this option, will change the &userid.DBGTOOL.EQAUOPTS data set to use a program of * and overwrite other values. Instead of populating this data when invoking the Prepare and Start Debug Session, the tool should provide the panel input, like option 6 of DTSU, to allow the user to provide the correct criteria.

Also minor changes would include changing EQADICXT to EQADxCXT or EQAD3CXT.

Another minor change: On panel EQAPBSE3, the information below is ignored if the invocation method of E or A is used. It would be best to denote this in the panel, or use a pop-up panel to collect this information only if the C option is chosen.
