Support debugging of non-LE subroutines that run in a lower link level under an LE compliant SORT exit

Currently Debug Tool does not allow a user to debug a lower level assembler subroutine that is entered by this sequence: SORT calls a an LE COBOL sort exit, which calls an assembler subroutine, which in turn calls another assembler subroutine. At that point, the LE enclave is exited and the lower level program is in at a different link level. Debugging at that lower link level is the current restriction.

This request is for Debug Tool to support debugging the lower level non-LE subroutine under a SORT exit, and remove the current restriction.

    As part of the review process, we strive to be transparent about our intentions with each RFE. The offering team has carefully reviewed this RFE and has decided that it does not fit into our current plans within the next 1-2 years, so the RFE will be closed.
