Start IBM Debug Tool

For the start of Debug Tool utilities you have foreseen the member
EQASTART in the SEQAEXEC file for the allocation of ISPF, CLIST & REXX libraries.
Why don't you have foreseen for the start the use of LIBDEF cmd for the allocation of ISPF datasets and ALTLIB cmd for the allocation of REXX & CLIST datasets that allows to concatenate before the files delivered with the product, files that contain members that we have customized (for example EQAZDFLT, EQAZDSYS & EQAZPROC of SEQATLIB file) ?
In this way, nothing must be changed when we receive an update or new version of the product.
