possibility to add a CEEOPTS prefix

Customer needs to debug a pgm and needs to have CEEOPTS prefixed
(like //DB2PREFIX.CEEOPTS DD *)

For the JCL generation, he right clicked the source pgm, then asked
probably generate the JCL "For compile link debug".
The generation added

and request a JCL generation for "For compile link go" instead.

But is it a preview only in the debug entry field and a value that can be changed in the Procedures
and Steps.
