Support command file in Eclipse

The ISPF dialog supports command files for recurring debugging problems. This is not available in the Eclipse dialog.
We have a team of developers who quite often have to prepare a debugging session in the same way (e.g. intercept a specific subtask, overwrite code to circumvent parts of the logic). If each of them has to manually define the necessary commands in the Eclipse dialog, this leads to unnecessary time spent and also potential errors.

We are rejecting this RFE as there are several alternatives to the desired implementation, and we have no intent to improve upon these alternatives.
Local files with commands can be imported/exported into launch configurations and then run via the Debug Console view. Running remote commands files is not supported, however if the desire is to run those at debug startup, the user only need specify the command file in the test runtime parameters
See this (Step 9) for commands: https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SSQ2R2_14.2.0/com.ibm.debug.pdt.zpcl.doc/topics/tbpstrclc.html
See this for test runtime option: https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SSQ2R2_14.2.0/com.ibm.debugtool.doc/rmdita/rbegtst.html
