IBM z/OS Debugger - How to know which register is allocated to variable

Customer is using Assembler language.
To debug this Assembler, they are using "IBM z/OS Debugger" under 3270 interface.

As a nature of Assembler, variable is often allocated to a certain Register.
Hence, while turning on Monitoring the variable, customer would like to know which Register is used on their variable.

For example of below,
a variable "KWASYSDN" and "CWASYSDN" are monitored while doing MVC.
The monitoring screen shows all relevant Register (R2, R13) value and Variable Values. But, it does not tell which variable to which Register.

As an another try, we already issue "DESCRIBE ATTRIBUTES variable" to get more information.
But, it only shows the "Address" and "Length" of variable, but not which Register is.

Please give your advice how application developer can get to know which Register is using for a Variable.
