In a recent use case we've seen that this functionality is needed for the usability of the IMS Transaction Isolation Facility Batch interface. When using the Batch interface, a jobclass override specified in EQAZDFLT would be helpful to start a private message region with a different jobclass than the standard IMS regions jobclasses, so to not affect the environment.
