Command to Clear all suspended breakpoint is missing

Using full-screen client when SET SAVE BPS AUTO and SET RESTORE BPS AUTO are active in the users settings and a user had set a statement breakpoint in a dynamically loaded subprogram, the breakpoint is restored as "suspended" in the next debugging session:

The only way to clear these breakpoint is to explicitly enter a specific CLEAR AT STATEMENT ...
Development doesn't want to change the behaviour of CLEAR AT, thus a new command like CLEAR AT SUSPENDED has to be introduced. Otherwise there is no easy way to remove all breakpoints at once. In a remote session (RDz) you can say delete all - and all displayed in the break point view are deleted.
