I want to check the permissions of the user, the screen fields in DTCN or CADP, for example, limiting the user to debug only a specific program name or prefix, limiting to a specific user that started the transaction, a particular terminal, and so on..
DTCNFORCExxxx only restricts it to a minimum value but does not restrict the input.
I want to be able to limit because theoretically you can put an asterisk or a prefix of one (ex: F*) in user field or tran field, and make all programs from all users go through the DEBUG TOOL terminal of the user who started the problematic profile which can cause CICS to completly freeze

    Thank you for taking the time to suggest an enhancement to our product. Many of our product enhancements result from feedback from our customers, so your input is always very important to us. This requirement has been re-assessed and we have decided that it does not fit into our current plans within the next 1-2 years, so the Idea will be closed. The request will be kept in Idea system and might be reassessed or reopened for additional feedback or voting in the future. You also have an opportunity to resubmit in twelve months time if you wish it to be reconsidered then. We value your feedback and thank you for allowing us the privilege of partnering with you in developing our products.
