DT needs ability to list and to delete LDD-requests

In EXPLICITDEBUG-mode DT needs to know what module you want to debug. This can be done in multiple ways - base is in each case a NAMES INCLUDE LOADMOD / CU which is mostly done implicitly by AT ENTRY, AT LOAD and LDD. When save and restore of breakpoints is used (usually auto-save / restore), LDD-settings are saved and restored like the breakpoints.
But there is no way to list and to delete those LDD-settings – thus when your breakpoints are restored all LDD is restored as well and there is no other chance to get them away as ending the debug session and deleting the whole SAVEBPS-member for the main program.
