Better command history

DT's command history could be improved with some small additions:
• It shouldn't contain commands STEP and GO (maybe configurable depending on SET ECHO).
• It should have more entries (maybe configurable).

Often when debugging you has entered a more complex / long command and then do a couple of STEPs, GO etc. This way you fast reach the retrieve-buffer's limit of 12 commands and have to scroll back in log to come back to your nice long command. Scrolling back in the log isn't very convenient for example when SET AUTO ON LOG is active.

The doc of SET ECHO states that the presence of long sequences of GO and STEP clutters the log... Yes - and it clutters the RETRIEVE-buffer!
