Debugging IMS MPRs with RTEREUS set to YES .

When debugging programs in an IMS MPR environment with RTEREUS set to YES, Debug Tool will initiate once, but not on subsequent instances. This problem was resolved by linking CEEUOPTS with RETEREUS=NO with the application program. However, we discovered there is a possibility of different test results with this environment due to the storage initialization with a RTEREUS=NO environment, and, therefore, the testing process compromised by this change.
