Allow z/OS DFSMS Cloud Data Manager (CDM) and the Hybrid Cloud Data Management function ability to override the SMS METADATA in different SMS configurations

Our configuration has two different SMS Configurations and thus some DATA CLASS and/or MANAGEMENT Class definitions may not exist across both SMS configurations. Currently, the only  work-around (as suggested in the IBM Case) is to pre-allocate the SMS METADATA attributes of the file(s) on the zOS system that the CDM RETRIEVE command will be performed on if the SMS METADATA definitions don't exist on that receiving system - this is not an ideal process, considering that the CDM SEND ISPF interface allows for an upper limit of 256 entries if a Customer want to do dataset masking and perform a CDM SEND of multiple files. To expect the Customer to pre-allocate up to 256 files before a CDM RETRIEVE is not at all an efficient nor effective use of time
