Allow download of non-sensitive key information

A download information in CSV format using the Table view selected columns would simplify management of key inventory tracking. It would also be useful to perform reconciliation between EKMF Web and with the z/OS based CKDS and PKDS datasets (which also allow key creation outside of EKMF Web). It would also be useful for tracking non-key material (metadata) information "drift" by allowing periodic compares of the EKMF Web downloaded data.

    New functionality in UKO for z/OS v3.1 (EKMF Web next version) will allow generation and download for non sensitive metadata in CSV or JSON format. This capability is directly available from the web based user experience.
