GUI usability improvements for UKO

We need to provide the UKO authorisation roles to a group of users with little knowledge of key management. They need a tool that is easy and intuitive to use. So the GUI needs to be clearer.

I think it would be very useful if users of the UKO GUI had a better overview of what they are allowed to do. It is always boring to click through a wizard or a dialogue only to find out at the end that you are not allowed to change anything. The change or add dialogues should only start if you are allowed to. Improvements in this direction would be very helpful.
- For example, everything you are not allowed to change could be grey and everything  you are allowed to change could be white. And even if you are not allowed to change a grey field, it would be useful to be able to see what is defined there.
-If you only want to use UKO, please make it possible to hide the switch button to EKMF
