PTF for CVE

Hello,

Today, when a CVE regarding UKO is published we have to install a new version of UKO which may require a new version of Liberty ; that's work for the team in charge of UKO and for the team in charge of Liberty

When the CVE is published, due to PCIDSS, we only have one month to solve the vulnerability which is a quite short delay

Our need is to have a PTF to apply on the existing UKO version ; a simple SMPE receive/apply is easier to do than a complete installation of UKO/Liberty

Thanks
