Route rexx SAY output to the JOB LOG for the Analysis Control User Exit

Output from the SAY or TRACE commands to the JOB LOG or MESSAGES. It is documented in the manual that to see the SAY or TRACE output you had to use the IDITRACE DD. If the output would always appear for a JOB/TASK then the messages we put out in the exit would be very helpful to anyone looking at the job to know why something happened. Today you just get a message that says it was suppressed.

    I spoke to the PD tools architect on this request. The command SET INTERCEPT ON CONSOLE will trap display messages using the GUI. However, it does not trap DISPLAY statements on the Terminal Interface Manager. So, this request should be only for the 3270 interface.
