For Fault Analyzer: Secure FA id at all published IDI0066I messages

We use FA id to get full information about CICS abends to secure action being provided. We monitor IDI0002I/3I and IDI0066I messages and at some lack of FA id for IDI0066I we are not able to get a reference for every abend to get the full picture of number of abends. Statistic in FA table is not seen as an option.

    When CICS FAST Dup abends are detected there is a window where the initial abend Fault Entry has not been written and hence subsequent dup abend messages, IDI0066I, cannot report on the initial Fault ID. Delaying the writing of the IDI0066 messages is not feasible and hence this RFE cannot be answered at this time.
