Provide option to suppress native CICS Transaction Dumps after successful Fault Analyzer invocation of EXEC CICS DUMP

Provide an option where, after a successful invocation of Fault Analyzer, the native CICS Transaction Dump from an EXEC CICS DUMP command is suppressed, as it is for an EXEC CICS ABEND command.

    Due to processing by IBM, this request was reassigned to have the following updated attributes:
    Brand - Servers and Systems Software
    Product family - Development Tooling
    Product - IBM Fault Analyzer

    For recording keeping, the previous attributes were:

    A new suboption has been provided as follows.

    RetainCICSDump(AUTO(IncludeEXECCICSDump))

    It should be noted that with this option in effect a response of SUPPRESSED may be passed back to the application which if unhandled could lead to an AEXW abend.
