Extend permitted subsitution strings in IDI.SIDISAM1(IDIGSVRJ)

As per the referenced PMR, the only permitted substitution string for the ISP_PROF_DSN parameter in the FAZ config file for the Problem Determination Tools Common Component is &USERID. (Ref. Chapter 32, IBM Fault Analyzer for z/OS - Users Guide and Reference - Version 12 Release 1 - SC19-3671-06)

This is not sufficient for sites where ISPPROF datasets have different naming standards.

    The soon to be released Fault Analyzer v13 PTF UI14757 will include support for performing sub-string operations on the supported substitution symbols.To use this functionality, please refer to the bundled Fault Analyzer user's guide.

    Fault Analyzer v13 PTF UI12445 now includes support for standard system variable substitutions in the ISPF_PROF_DSN parameter.

    We are now working on adding support for the additional substitution features such as extracting sub-strings from system variables. We will provide an update when this is available.
