Enhance Storage Display in Interactive Mode 3270

In interactive mode with ISPF the display of storage should be enhanced:

1. Better structuring of storage display: FA should take into account the boundary of the storage segments and should restrict scrolling to the segment, where the currently displayed data is located.
Currently, when inspecting an area in Working-Storage and I go to top of display via max up (m pf7), FA display storage at 00000000. Going to the bottom shows high memory.
Storage segments in MVS-batch are the getmained storage areas found in the dump and in CICS these are the areas aquired by CICS Storage Management.

2. When analysing the content of Working-Storage we often have a mix of EBCDIC and ASCII data.
A command to easily switch between EBCDIC and ASCII would be welcome.
