Add option to customize default jobcard in IDICNF00

In Fault Analyzer, Jobcard for Reanalysis batch option is customizable using ISPF Menu

We have two way to parameter this default jobcard :

These default doesn't match our site requirements (Accounting info is for example mandatory), so if a user has not customized is job card, analyse have a JCL Error

We'd like to have the possibility of changing these default option in the IDICNF00 member.
Default option we'd like to change are those in the Jobcard parameter ( style Panel (P) ), or the possibility to have an entire default jobcard coded with parameters (such as &sysuid ...)
