The requirement to add #pragma csect(code, "csect_name") to C code to enable Fault Analyzer source support is documented in Problem Determination Tools for z/OS Common Component Customization Guide and User Guide. This is referenced in the Fault Analyzer User Guide.

Additionally it is possible to provide the CSECT compiler option and provide the input via a PDS member name to cause the compiler to generate a CSECT name equal to the PDS member name.
