FA: Display register's full content: all 64 bits

Modern Compilers (e.g. Enterprise Cobol V5.2) and modern assembler programs are using the full width of GPRs to do 64-bit interger arithmethic or by taking advantage of the high-word facility.
After an abend, only the right half (low-word) of the registers is shown by FA.
Please enhance the display and support displaying the content of the right half. Proposals:

- whenever one of the registers is non zero in the right half
- or per new user command
- or always

The expectation is that the resolution for this RFE will be encompassed in broader 64-bit activities planned, but uncommitted, for a future release of FA.

Attachment (Use case): Screenshot showing machine instructions and register content in a S0C9 abend. Program is compiled with Cobol 5.2, you can see the usage of the grande registers, but FA only shows the low-word.
