Fault Analyzer to include LE control blocks

When analyzing LE abends, extra LE control blocks address and formatted contents is useful, however, current FaultAnalyzer version does not display the following control blocks' address and content e.g. CEECAA (COMMON ANCHOR AREA); CEDPCB (PROCESS CONTROL BLOCK,) CEECIB (CONDITNONAL INFORMATION BLOCK) CEERCB (REGION CONTROL BLOCK ) ; CEEMCH (MACHINE STATE BLOCK) , CEESMCB (STORAGE MANAGERMENT BLOCK)

    LE abends are difficult to analyze in FA. See 2015-RFE "Enhance Language Environment Heap Analysis": http://www.ibm.com/developerworks/rfe/execute?use_case=viewRfe&CR_ID=76806
    We have urgent need for enhancements in this area.
