Better Support of WMQ-Applications

Currently Fault Analyzer does not properly recognize that an abending Batch-Job or CICS transaction is connected to Websphere MQ. In these cases FA does not show any information related to MQ and last MQ-API calls.
This flaw seems to arise when the application dynamically calls the IBM provided MQ stubs (as described in "Dynamically calling the WebSphere MQ stub" in WMQ's knowledge center) or when the abend was raised in a program which has called a Cobol subprogram (same LE enclave), which has issued MQ-calls.
