FA IDz client to access saved report from history file

Hello,
The FA ISPF interface allows a user to select/view the saved report from the history file. However, the IDz plugin does not have the ability to read/access/present this data and must drive a reanalysis of the fault in order to produce a report to the plugin. The IDz plugin should have the same functionality to view the saved report from the history file.

For us this is important because if you have a fault where the MaxMiniDumpPages are exceeded you must go to the ispf interface to get more details.
