Allow multiple Filter Criteria per Column in FA IDz Plug-In

We have a request to allow filtering in FA IDz Plug-in on multiple criteria per Column. For example a Developer is responsible for multiple Applications and would like to see only those and not all available entries. Instead of changing and applying one filter multiple times it would be prefered to have a kind of list selection and give different selections.

Like for a Job/Tran-Name to have JABC* and J123* or for USER_ID to have multiple users

And as a bonus to allow Date/Time to have relative selection, like >= 2022/07/11.

Idea would be to have the ability to fill in criteria as shown in attached Screenprint.
