Enhance Fault Analyzer analysis of CICS SVC dumps to include all types of registers in Kernel Error Data

CICS Kernel Error Data contains the Vector Registers at the time of the error. IPCS VERBX DFHPD### 'KE' provides all the following

General Purpose Registers
Access Registers
Floating Point Registers
Vector Registers

However Fault Analyzer ISPF panel IDIPIDAD showing "KE Domain Error Data" is only providing the GP Registers.

Please update Fault Analyzer interactive SVC dump analysis to include the rest of the types of registers.

This was as of IBM Fault Analyzer for z/OS V14R1M19 (UI91048 2023/03/07).

This need came to light when we were looking at the Kernel Error data in a customer dump and the failing instruction was a VAP (Vector Add Decimal) instruction, opcode E671, which uses the Vector Registers as operands
