Introduce DBRM versioning in FileManager/DB2

Make use of DB2s precompiler feature for creating DBRM's with version. Versioning of the DBRMs in FileManager/DB2 will eliminate the problem of getting SQLCODE-805 during a release change or a maintenance upgrade of FileManager/DB2. Todays recommended method to support multiple versions of FileManager/DB2 which is described FileManager/DB2 Users Guide is both complicated and not free of trouble, SQLCODE-805 can still exist during a maintenance scenario.

    All DBRMs shipped in V11 after the PTF for PM41019 has been applied are bound with versioning.
