UNICODE Support for IBM File manager DB2 GUI

File manager does actually only has support for EBCDIC code pages. This requirement is for support of UNICODE (CCSID 1200 and 1208).

    Due to processing by IBM, this request was reassigned to have the following updated attributes:
    Brand - Servers and Systems Software
    Product family - Development Tooling
    Product - IBM File Manager

    For recording keeping, the previous attributes were:
    Brand - WebSphere
    Product family - Enterprise Tooling
    Product - IBM File Manager

    FM/DB2 host product and client handle unicode data currently. The host will translate 1208 data to the EBCDIC and is limited as far as characters that can be represented in EBCDIC, the current GUI will display Unicode data correctly. So what is required over and above what is currently provided for FM/DB2?
