Request of adding a "session-out" parameter for File Manager for z/OS DB2

Client's enviroment:
z/OS 1.12, File Manager for z/OS V11R0, DB2 V10
.
The client found that when there's a TSO user logon
to the system, enter the panel of File Manager for z/OS
DB2, run some of the utilities, and forget to logoff,
after 30 minutes the user ID will be logged off from the
TSO side as JWT(0030) was defined but the user in the
File Manager for z/OS DB2 was not logged off,
there is still locks (especially the S-locks) on the
table.
The client want to know is there any session timeout
parameter like JWT(0030) in the File Manager
for z/OS DB2 that could kick the user out when the
defined time is out.
We have submitted the PMR 05715,141,672 for this question and L2 answered that there's no such parameter in File Manager for z/OS DB2 and suggested us to submit an RFE.
Thank you.

Due to processing by IBM, this request was reassigned to have the following updated attributes:
Brand - Servers and Systems Software
    Product family - Development Tooling
    Product - IBM File Manager

For recording keeping, the previous attributes were:
    Brand - WebSphere
    Product family - Enterprise Tooling
    Product - IBM File Manager

The File Manager/DB2 connection occurs in the TSO address space. If the TSO user is cancelled (via JWT), the File Manager/DB2 connection is also ended and there is no other session for File Manager to stop. If locks remain after a user is cancelled, this suggests a problem with DB2 connection management.
For the File Manager/DB2 editor specifically, there is a timeout feature from APAR PI19147 onwards.
