Access Librarian files with File Manager Compare old and new files

Belk is using an ISV product to compare CA-Librarian files. File Manager supports use of Librarian copy books but not as files during a comparison operation. This requirement may use the CA-Librarian SUBSYS implementation, an optional setup for Librarian. The comparison for librarian files currently works when you manually code statements in batch, when a subsystem is defined, as shown below: //DDOLD DD DSN=librariandsn(member),SUBSYS=LAM,DISP=SHR
However, this can not be generated in foreground with today's implementation of File Manager. Implementing this with File Manager will allow us to displace the COMAREX product at Belk.
The following functions are required:
a) Allowing the SUBSYS=xxx to be used for DSM (compare) functions for the old and new files, and generate this information when an foreground comparison is requested, and generate the appropriate JCL when a batch job is created.
b) Optionally we may want to include the source data set for a COPY DSC request, or print request. However this is not a requirement to displace COMAREX at Belk.

I do not believe the SUBSYS parameter can not be used when writing a data set to CA-Librarian.
