Requesting ability to locate fields by name when creating/modifying Templates

I work with users on how to effectively use our mainframe tools. We have a number of large data structures here - the one in a case presented to me has over 700 fields. Setting up a template for a large structure can be cumbersome. In the host product, users are able to issue a 'find' command to locate fields in both the 'Field Selection/Edit' and 'Record Selection Criteria' panels of the Template Update Utility function. In the plugin, users are limited to scrolling up and down the listed field names to try and find the fields the need.
