Product Manager

Paypal currently sends data to IBM Inflight(Sterling commerce) for creating digital invoices.
We don't have any visibility at Paypal side as to how many invoices were failed or rejected in IBM systems.

We need an acknowledgement back on the invoices that were failed. Currently the acknowledgment comes via email. We need a systematic status message to be generated for each invoice with status, invoice number, date and reason for failure.
Otherwise we cannot reconcile the data back into our systems. Currently It causes confusions during month end to identify/systematically note all the failures. Failure notifications via emails doesn't really help in automated environment.
