FileManager member listing.

Add a function to FileManager which can print a member listing. The function would need to be batch compatible and able to perform the listing out of a DD filename to accomodate non-cataloged data sets.

The function would accomodate a range of members, memstart/memend, etc.--the usual member selection options just as you'd find in the DSC function. And any matching member names would be printed on output, along with any relevant, extractable metadata, such as ISPF statistics (create, change dates, etc.), link-edit dates (for program libraries), etc.

    This RFE is being closed because of age. We recognize this as an important function - but we cannot deliver this in the next year. Raise a new RFE to put this back on the development agenda.
    In regard to this feature.
    An alternative solution would be to use an undocumented feature which can produce a members and statistics in an XML document.
    An example is below and the XML output will go to FMNXMLO. It doesn't currently support memstart/memrange - just member keyword.
