The reference section of the User's Guide at the start has a section titled
How to read the syntax diagrams
In that section it provides the following statement regarding defaults:
If a default value is provided for an item (that is, if no parameter is specified,
the default is used), the default item appears above the main path.
This is followed by an example syntax diagram.
So we're closing this RFE as the defaults should be clear from the syntax diagram.
I was not aware the top value was the default value. In many of the other descriptions of the parameter, the documentation indicates the default value. It would be helpful to indicate the top value is the default.
The manual syntax diagrams for relevent functionsshow INRDW=NO and OUTRDW=NO as the default value. The top value is always the default if the keyword isn't specified as it is for all keywords. Can you provide more information on where it is perceived the documentation is lacking?
